**Warehouse Associate**

WD Door is looking for a part-time warehouse associate to help oversee operations at the WDs distribution facilities and/or storage units to ensure that all incoming inventory is processed according to schedule. The duties include preparing schedules and monitoring compliance with safety standards so they can be sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish in this important department! WD offers flexible hours but would prefer hours such as 11AM 4PM or 10AM 3PM. Hourly wage starts at $16 per hour.

This role centers around organization tasks such as planning which would lead up towards achieving high-performance levels for both our receiving process (warehouse) or shipping processes (storage).

****Additional duties and responsibilities include:****

* Monitoring inventory while making recommendations on which items to order, restock or pull for customers who need it most

* Ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment with regard to protocols

* Communicating regularly between departments

* Clean warehouse

* Organize door components

* Operate forklift

****Skills & Qualifications****

* Strong communication skills including writing, speaking, and active listening

* Quality project management skills, including the ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, make decisions, and problem-solve

* Comfortable using technology

* Physical strength and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time

****Education & Experience****

Associates in the warehouse should have at least a high school diploma or GED. Previous on-the-job training for work experience is helpful, but not required. Additionally, an associate degree in business operations, supply chain management, procurement, or another related field is also helpful but not required.
