About the Position: Hiring a Fleet Manager / GM of Maintenance responsible for overseeing and managing a company's fleet of vehicles. Their primary role is to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and utilization of the vehicles within the fleet. Also responsible for managing all aspects of the maintenance department. This includes managing the upkeep of all mobile and stationary assets and the maintenance budget, resources, and inventory. Requirements: • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field is required - (MBA) is highly sought after • 10+ years of experience as a maintenance manager at a heavy equipment shop • Strong knowledge/experience managing maintenance through CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management system) • Preference for work experience relating to CAT mobile equipment #J-18808-Ljbffr
