Customer Service Representative

Our Team Members are trained to consistently deliver world-class service to all retail customers.  Typically, they’re looking for help with packing, shipping, printing, binding, laminating and setting up mailbox services.  You’ll be trained to provide accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, a warm, helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. If you’re a fast learner with a good work ethic, you may be exactly the person we’re looking for.

Compensation

• $12 - $20 / hour

Responsibilities     

• Follow our training program to learn about all product and service offerings
• Deliver outstanding customer service with each customer interaction
• Practice good listening skills with customers, team members and leadership
• Communicate clearly in both written and verbal manner
• Take ownership of customer needs and offers ideal solutions
• Learn to operate all equipment and software
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Be prompt, reliable and responsible
• Be available to work 15-20 hours a week Monday thru Saturday
