We are currently for a Warehouse Manager for this exciting role; this is an excellent opportunity for a Warehousing professional who has had previous Warehouse Management / Team Leader experience. As the Warehouse Manager you will ensure the effective and efficient day-to-day management of the Warehouse team and functions, as well as ensuring raw material, stock and pick accuracy. You and your team will be key in ensuring that customer orders are delivered OTIF. You will contribute significantly to our business by leading a small team of Warehouse Operatives. You should process excellent Warehouse Management knowledge, an understanding of production / manufacturing, not be afraid of a challenge and to have a can-do attitude! **Shifts:** Monday-Friday 08:00 -17:00 **DUTIES:** Overall Management of the Warehouse function Ensure the warehouse operation is running effectively and efficiently Lead by example and ensure all correct procedures are adhered to Staff development - Maintain training matrix ensuring all relevant training, licenses and skills are maintained and developed Mentor, motivate and actively engage the Warehouse team to achieve targets Maintain and develop current processes and procedures to ensure the warehouse is running efficiently Track, maintain and report Warehouse KPIs and metrics, ensuring that as the Warehouse Manager you and your team are hitting targets Ensure H&S Standards are adhered to and have a full understanding of what these are Be able to manage and lead a team confidently and professionally **KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:** Significant Warehouse Management experience Previous experience of managing and leading a team efficiently and effectively Strong leadership, and excellent people skills Proven hands-on, problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to communicate on all levels IT Literate including SAP MHE Licenses (Counterbalance) IOSH Managing Safely Qualification #J-18808-Ljbffr
