To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1 ½ miles, climbing stairs and standing for extended periods of time. Also will be subjected to a smoke filled environment.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.

Job Description Summary
Responsible for providing knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverages to our casino and guest.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
- Serves food/beverage as per standards.
- Mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control.
- Inputs and controls ordering through register during each transaction maintaining accountability as well as receipts to guests for all beverages served.
- Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies.
- Set up for functions, tables, chairs, linens, napkins and silverware.
- After function, clean room by removing all equipment, chairs, tables, etc., and putting in the proper area.
- Maintains cleanliness of guest areas at all times including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
- Remains up-to-date on property events/promotions and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
- Abides by all State, Federal and Company liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests
- Complies with all applicable Tribal regulations, internal controls and policies and procedures. Documents and reports all exceptions/variations/deviations immediately upon awareness.
- Provides excellent guest service to both guest and internal clients.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- One or two years related experience.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Must be able to obtain a Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment.
- Must be able to complete and show proof of Responsible Alcoholic Beverage Certificate through Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control within 60 days of employment.
