Global leader in wellness solutions is seeking an experienced project coordinator for 3 days a week at their site in Eau Claire, WI
This is a contract opportunity
Qualifications
•
A minimum of two to three years in a regulated food manufacturing environment
•
Basic understanding of FDA food current GMPs
•
Experience with and exposure to 21 CFR 117, lean manufacturing philosophy, and FSSC 22000 or SQF regulations
•
Working knowledge of cGMPs and FDA requirements
•
Ability to work with people and communicate effectively
•
Highly organized
•
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite systems
•
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
•
This individual is responsible for overseeing the facility change control program and consumer complaints program
•
Quality Systems: Primary person in charge of Change Control and Consumer Complaints program
•
Verifies completion of change control projects
•
Receives consumer complaint reports and acts as a lead to coordinate investigations and response
•
People and Know-How: Develop and execute training related Change Control
•
Develop forms and resource documents related to the Change Control program
•
Ensures all project managers, task holders, and subject matter experts are trained on the Change Control process
•
Works closely with project managers to help coordinate the execution on projects
•
Work with team to ensure Consumer Complaint investigations are fully completed and returned on time
•
Quality Compliance: Review and assess proposed Change Control projects for their impact on food safety or regulatory compliance
•
Act as a resource for project managers to identify gaps in task completion or documentation prior to close out of a project
•
Report on consumer complaint trends to the prerequisite program team and the food safety team
•
Support facility during internal and external audits for requests related to Consumer Complaints and Change Control
•
Quality Mastership: Lead the identification and verification of improvements to the Change Control program
•
Track completion of MOCs and assist Project Managers to close projects in a timely manner
•
Identify trends in consumer complaint data and assist in projects to reduce consumer complaints
•
Performs other duties as assigned

Experience Required Academic Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
