This Medical Surgical Nurse Manager will oversee the entire unit while working collaboratively with a team of Physicians, Med Surg Directors, Managers of Medical Surgical, and Med Surg nursing staff. This Med Surg Manager will be responsible for staffing of Medical Surgical Nurses, ensure effective and safe patient care, assist with hiring RN’s, lead leadership meetings, oversee budget and materials, and ensure goals and regulations are met.

Requirements: 

• Hold a Baccalaureate Degree or actively pursuing 
• Bring a minimum of three years of progressive experience as a staff nurse or charge nurse
• Possess current licensure in the State of New Jersey
