Position Summary: As the Commissions Admin, you will work closely with the Commissions Team, assisting them in obtaining and preparing commissions statements so they are ready to process.  You will be responsible for commission data entry changes for products, agents and agent hierarchies as well as basic processing support.

Primary Responsibilities:

Downloading, formatting, importing, and analyzing commission statements from numerous insurance carriers daily. Enter monthly incentives for 1099 agents. Completing special assignments or projects as requested from management. Processing simple commission payments on the commission’s dashboard. Utilizing internal reporting, carrier reporting, Excel, evaluate data accuracy and identifying discrepancies and/or payment issues from carriers.

Skills and Requirements

• Problem-solving attitude, teachable, proactive, and detail oriented

• Highly proficient in MS Office programs especially Excel is imperative.

• Data entry accuracy

• Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, and flexibility.

• Ability to independently problem solve and show resourcefulness.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing work environment.

• Comfortable with navigating the internet and carrier websites.

• Understanding insurance products is helpful.

Education and Experience:

• Associate degree or relatable experience
