Children's Ministry Director

```Duties:```
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the church's spiritual and pastoral activities
- Conduct religious services, including sermons, prayers, and sacraments
- Provide counseling and support to individuals and families in times of need, including bereavement support and crisis intervention
- Educate and guide congregants on religious teachings, principles, and values
- Plan and organize events, such as weddings, baptisms, and community outreach programs
- Collaborate with church staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operation of church programs and activities
- Engage in public speaking engagements to promote the church's mission and values
- Provide leadership and guidance to church members, staff, and volunteers
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance pastoral skills

```Requirements:```
- Ordained or licensed as a pastor or minister
- Strong knowledge of religious teachings, principles, and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to provide compassionate care and support to individuals in times of need
- Proficient in crisis management and intervention techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Experience in event planning and organization
- Ability to effectively educate and engage congregants of all ages
