The Clinical Director BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst will join a Behavioral Health center that is an excellent place to work. As an employee, you will be part of a dedicated group of caring Programs with the resources, training and expertise to provide patients with the most advanced medical care. 

As a Director of Clinical Services (DOCS), you use and build upon the expertise you have developed as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). At this point in your professional journey, you join our clinical leadership team and you “own” your clinical site and take responsibility for the site’s entire caseload.

Working closely and under the direction of the Senior Director of Clinical Services (RDOCS), the Clinical Director BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst will support the Clinical Supervisors, Behavior Interventionists and others as they deliver care to the clients. The Clinical Director BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst will consult with the team on best practices and company standards while providing training in ABA-based therapy tools.

The Clinical Director BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst will drive outreach and other initiatives with referral sources and the community at large to support new client referrals and growth for the location. The Clinical Director BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst should have over 5 years of clinical experience directing service with individuals with varying diagnoses, diverse levels of functioning, and a broad range of ages.

The Clinical Director BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst should also have over 2 years of experience as a Clinical Supervisor with formal staff training including didactic and in-vivo, formal performance evaluation, and report writing. The ideal Clinical Director BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst should have Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
