TradeWinds Island Resorts is seeking Zip Line Attendants who will provide first class service to our Guests. Attendants will provide a memorable experience on our Zip-Line attraction for our guests while ensuring a safe operation. Other responsibilities will include attending our High Tide Waterslide, Splash Island Waterpark, beach cabanas, volleyball courts and other activities as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Daily opening and closing procedures of zipline.
• Supervising the progress and experience of each guest.
• Fitting harness and helmets correctly and supervising the use of all safety equipment.
• Using customer engagement skills to ensure a memorable experience for each guest.
• Assuring the safety and wellbeing of guests throughout each tour.
• Conducting complete inspections of all course components and gear.
• Assisting with course maintenance efforts.
• Attending required meetings and trainings.
  

Qualifications:

• Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as they are our busiest times. 
• Must be a true service professional with an outgoing, friendly and accommodating personality
• Must be able to work safely outdoors in Florida's hot climate for 8 hours or more
• Ability to interact with Guests of all ages placing a focus on children
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment while holding self-accountable to individual responsibilities
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs or more
