Job Summary
FreeWheel is seeking a Manager of Product Marketing to manage Audience, Identity, and Measurement (AIM) products within the newly-formed product marketing function. This is an exciting opportunity to bring both industry and functional expertise to influence the entire product lifecycle. The Product Marketing Manager for AIM will focus on FreeWheel’s suite of data solutions that are integrated into FreeWheel’s client-facing TV Platform and Beeswax. In this position, you will work cross-functionally, unifying and motivating peers from different teams (e.g., product, revenue, services) to successfully bring products to market. In previous roles, you must have demonstrated success in synthesizing market, consumer, product, and competitive inputs to drive outcomes for your product area. The ideal candidate will also understand the ad tech ecosystem and how data plays a key role in publishers’ and marketers’ businesses, enabling audience targeting, identity resolution, currency measurement, and attribution. Responsibilities:
Establish and execute the go-to-market strategy and launch plans for AIM products and drive alignment across the organization
Develop deep understanding of the buying audience by conducting research and gathering insights about target personas, buyer needs, and the purchasing decision process for the AIM products
Collaborate and build trust across TV Platform and Beeswax product marketing and management stakeholders as the AIM SME
Support an audience-centric marketing approach, ensuring that messaging, content, and campaign strategies are centered around buyer and customer needs
Perform market segmentation and prioritize target segments to define the market opportunities for the product and partner with product management to support building business cases to broaden market reach
Create and socialize key product-level materials: market requirements, positioning map, go-to-market plan, etc.
Monitor and report on the performance of the AIM products you support through the lens of the client segments
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in product marketing and ad-tech experience with expertise in audience, identity, and measurement solutions
Ability to conduct market and customer research to gather insights and assess market opportunities
Critical thinker with strong writing, communication, presentation development, and delivery skills
Strong storytelling skills, with excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to link product launches to organizational campaign themes and goals
Ad tech knowledge, focused on data products (preferably through the lens of video ad serving and programmatic transactions)
Can live and breathe the journey of the TV advertising industry as it transforms

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $102,310.33 - $153,465.49
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
