    • Continuously monitor customer feedback and product performance to support market analysis and share insights on the state of our offerings and portfolio, including opportunities to expand the portfolio by developing new products or services that complement existing offerings.

    • Maintain a harmonious and cohesive message throughout FreeWheel's supply-side product and service portfolio to strengthen brand recognition and trust, and conduct regular assessments to refine positioning and messaging, and address gaps in our processes.

    • Develop roadmaps for both internal and client audiences to communicate the high-level solutions on our development horizon.

    • Serve as an industry thought leader at events and assist in client meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and other commercial-related requests as a subject matter expert.

    • Enhance team best practices by mentoring junior team members and establishing repeatable processes through the creation of templates and guides.

    • Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw insights from data.

    • Project Management: Capable of independently scoping projects, identifying requirements, and overseeing projects to completion through a combination of delegation and hands-on involvement with minimal supervision.
