Job Summary

Responsible for all ad copy activities of assigned clients and associated campaigns, including post-sale stewardship, copy instruction ingest, reporting, creating strategic efficiency and oversight plan and providing exceptional execution of ad copy client campaigns. Ensures full integration of varied knowledge to determine business and functional priorities as it relates to the client campaign. Acts as a key business partner providing oversight in a complex and critical environment for the full life cycle of the client campaign.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Manages and facilitates the ad copy of client contracts, including those with specific, complex requirements and revisions into a transaction ready status, including transferring copy instructions from sales/client to ad copy stewardship, facilitating copy instructions and related communications between clients and sellers and processing revisions as required. Determines when to deviate from established policies and procedures to ensure fulfillment of copy requirements.
  • Acts as primary business partner to sales and other departments, as necessary, to ensure fulfillment of any special requirements by interpreting copy requirements, researching discrepancies or inconsistencies, and developing and implementing alternative solutions.
  • Develops relationship with sales and operations partners to lead all efforts to maintain and manage the execution of the entire client’s copy life cycle such as making changes, developing, and implementing efficiencies and opportunities and acting as first responder for any client issues that arise.
  • Develops and executes alternative solutions to ensure attainment of client expectations and to resolve issues.
  • Develops best practices or solutions to improve ad copy processes and define metrics to measure process effectiveness.
  • Has a customer service mindset with direct interaction and communications to clients and regional agencies.
  • Collaborate with team and leaders to create enhancements in automation and workflow efficiencies.
  • Manage advertising copy dashboard to ensure compliance with company and network legal and creative guidelines.
  • Provide expertise, field questions, advise, and regularly communicate with partner departments to resolve issues and deliver superior customer experience, including but not limited to missing or unclear copy/content advertising campaign requirements.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Salary:

National Pay Range: $16.58 USD-$38.87 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
