Responsible for organizing, directing the delivery of a designated respiratory care service and coordinating department-based activities.  Supervises/mentors Technical, clerical and support staff. Makes clinical and management decisions in the department and assists Administrative Director with all departmental concerns.  Complies with all State of California, AARC, JCAHO and CLIA standards and guidelines of care.

Required Experience

Required:

  • Current California RCP License
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • RRT by NBRC
  • BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association
  • 2-4 years’ RCP proven experience and management skills
