• Have a direct impact on quality patient care with over 225 beds across 5 units and a RN-patient ratio ranging from 1:4 to 1:6 depending on unit.
• Time and a half after 8 hrs + weekend and night differential
• Free Continuing Education and certification including BLS, ACLS and PALS
