As Roylco’s Sales & Account Manager, your primary responsibilities involve promoting and selling the educational and toy products that we produce. This entails understanding the features and benefits of each product, conducting product demonstrations, and providing detailed information to help our distributors make informed purchasing decisions. Additionally, you are tasked with building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to our customer needs and business strategy.

Responsibilities:
· Manage and increase sales through each customer channel: product distributors, retailers, and web stores

· Enter & track customer orders, invoices, and payments while providing any customer service necessary to aid the transaction

· Present products to current and prospective customers and perform follow-ups

· Prospect new customers and reach out with recommendations from our product line that suits their goals

· Attend industry events to network and present products

· Share insights from industry conversations in order to aid in new product development

· Develop strategies that improve sales productivity

· Research and evaluate areas of opportunity for revenue growth

· Any additional requests presented

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree

· Computer savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, willing and able to learn a new business management software

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Ability to prioritize and organize effectively

· Similar work experience
