We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well-functioning. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, proficient in managing multiple tasks, and possess a strong understanding of operations and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all building and grounds maintenance.
- Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
- Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
- Maintain a safe work environment; comply with health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.
- Manage facility services such as cleaning, waste disposal, catering, security, parking, etc.
- Oversee and coordinate refurbishments, renovations, and office moves.
- Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for services and repairs.
- Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met.
- Conduct and document regular facility inspections and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate and lead one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility.
- Use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate the achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement.
- Respond to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facility.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an operations manager or in a relevant position.
- Well-versed in operations and facilities management best practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Good analytical/critical thinking.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:
- Professional certification in operations/facilities management will be an advantage.
- Supervisory experience.

The (Operation Associate) Line Cook is a key member of the culinary team, responsible for preparing and cooking food items in accordance with menu requirements. The role demands efficiency, precision, and consistency in executing recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation and Cooking:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to specified recipes and standards.
- Operate various kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and stovetops.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet established standards.

2. Kitchen Operations:
- Assist in the setup, operation, and cleanup of the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
- Comply with health and safety regulations in food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety.

3. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other kitchen staff, including other line cooks, prep cooks, and the head chef, to ensure efficient operation.
- Communicate effectively to coordinate the timing and execution of dishes.
- Assist in training new kitchen personnel as required.

4. Inventory and Stock Management:
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies.
- Ensure minimal food wastage and efficient use of ingredients.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina to handle a fast-paced working environment.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.

- Dexterity in handling sharp knives and hot cooking equipment.

Work Environment:
