About this job

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead recruitment efforts for the Physician Assistant Program. Develop and implement processes to identify, recruit, and enroll prospective students using a variety of outreach methods. Manage the PA program’s CASPA portal and integrations Understand and utilize the Slate CRM for admissions and enrollment management. Represent Mount St. Mary’s University to prospective students and stakeholders on campus and at recruitment events. Identify and participate in on-campus, off-campus, and virtual admissions recruitment events. Engage prospective students and other individuals from inquiry through matriculation through in-person conversations, virtual platforms, phone, email, and text messages. Support and participate in all PA Program admissions activities. Support and participate with PA Program faculty and staff to review, interpret, and evaluate prospective student's academic credentials and application to determine an admission decision. Manage correspondence with prospective and accepted students to relay accurate information and foster interest in the Program. Collaborate with Executive Director of Marketing in the Office of University Marketing & Communications and others to build and execute communication plans. Review applications to assure they meet university requirements and process applications to completion. Work with accepted students to ensure required pre-matriculation activities and documents are completed and submitted in a timely manner. Interact with and welcome faculty, staff, visitors, students, prospective students, and families to the School of Health Professions facility. Develop reports on inquiry generation, conversion rates and yield and on updating of marketing materials needed for lead generation. Act as a liaison with Undergraduate and Division of Continuing Studies admissions teams. Perform other related duties as assigned. Knowledge of: Experience with project management software Graduate admissions process Successful recruitment, engagement, and admissions strategies CASPA application portal strongly preferred Ability to: Work effectively with cross-functional teams Work on and deliver multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Motivation, high energy and creative problem solving Strong organizational skills An understanding of and an appreciation for university policies and procedures Craft relevant and compelling content specific to audience interests and needs Prepare marketing plans and reports that are clear and strategic Work collaboratively Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Job Requirements: Education, Experience and Skills: Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; OR, any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Highly collaborative Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Some weekend, early morning, and evening hours will be required Preferred Qualifications Experience working in higher education CASPA application portal experience Slate CRM integrations Knowledge of Physician Assistant Education Salary/Benefits: This is a full-time position with full benefits and annual, holiday and sick leave.
