Job description
All's Well Health Care Services Health Care Services is hiring a skilled and dedicated Contract CERTIFIED or REGISTER Medical Assistant to join our Primary care and Urgent Care team.

Locations available: Seminole (priority), Largo, and Palm Harbor.

Contract Position starting ASAP - March 31, 2024 - with the possibility of extensions.

Schedule: Monday to Friday = 8am to 5pm

Pay $ 16hr- $23hr depending on experience.

Job information:

Duties:
- Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care and support in a medical setting
- Perform basic medical procedures and tasks under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Administering injections as directed by healthcare professionals
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing
- Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urinalysis and blood glucose monitoring
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:

Valid Medical Assistant Certification or Registration.
2 + year of experience preferred.
Phlebotomy experience required.
Current BLS certification for healthcare providers preferred.
Experience in primary care, family practice, internal medicine, urgent care or ER preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
