Experience:
• 36 months of role experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Illinois license in hand at the time of application.
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Supplier Employees assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between the following sites: Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital and/ or Carle Health Proctor Hospital.
