AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
7AM-3PM: Full Time
3PM-11PM: Full Time, Part Time
11PM-7AM: Per Diem weekends
Per Diem openings on all shifts

PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $18 per hour

WHAT OUR RESIDENT CARE ASSOCIATES DO:
Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.
REQUIREMENTS:
Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)**
Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
