Responsibilities: As a General Laborer at Woolf Aircraft Products, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with the assembly, production, and finishing of aircraft components according to established guidelines and specifications.
• Operating machinery and tools safely and effectively to contribute to the manufacturing process.
• Performing quality checks to identify any defects or inconsistencies and reporting them to the supervisor.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity.
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or general labor role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of machinery operation and tool usage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
