Job DescriptionCompany Description
Parts prep person needed in a busy factory in the painting department. No experience is necessary, just a desire to work and be a part of a top notch finishing team.
Duties and requirements include but are not limited to:
De-burring parts with a hand grinder
Loading and unloading a vibratory hopper
Loading and unloading a parts washer
Cleaning large parts by hand
Loading and unloading a monorail
Ability to stand, bend, kneel or squat for extended periods
Ability and willingness to work overtime
Ability to operate a walkie-stacker and sit-down forklift
Following all safety regulations
Good attendance
Any other task as directed by the paint department supervisor or leadman
This is not a painting position, you will not be painting. This position requires standing for long periods of time, bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting up to 75 pounds. This is a fast paced job that must keep two paint booths full of prepped parts. This is a full time, permanent position. You must be able to pass a drug test.
