HR (Home Care)

Attending Home Care a licensed home care agency seeking a Home Care Recruiter for our Rockland Location.

This is a full time Monday – Friday position. This position will be in the office for the majority of the time with limited field recruiting.

Job functions to include:

· Maintain personnel files in compliance with NYS DOH regulations

· Perform all functions related to the hiring process from interview up to and including orientation

· Build and maintain relationships within the community to develop referral sources

Requirements:

Excellent written, communication and customer service skills

· Ability to work independently; detail oriented with ability to prioritize and follow up

· Able and willing to cover if necessary other offices

· Previous health care experience; preferably HR, compliance or recruiting

· Knowledge of NYS DOH personnel hiring requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

· Knowledge of HHA exchange software system

· Previous home care recruiting/marketer experience

· Knowledge and proven record on relationships with referral sources such as training schools
