Key Responsibilities:

  2. Travel Coordination: Plan and schedule travel arrangements for team members, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  3. Office Assistance: Support daily office operations, assist in office layout planning, and ensure maintenance of a clean and organized workspace.
  4. Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement of office supplies and services.
  5. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence management.
  6. Event Planning: Coordinate and organize office events, team-building activities, and company gatherings.
  7. Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and resolution of inquiries and issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in office administration or management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and calendar management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
