Building Superintendent

Building Superintendent Position Available – North Newark, NJ Benefits of Position: Health Insurance, Apartment/Paid Utilities, Company Vehicle and Paid Time Off The following candidate must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience, must live on site and meet the following qualifications:

Must be organized and a multi-task person who prioritize.

Must have the ability to deal with resident(s) and/or contractor(s) in a polite and professional manner.

Must complete maintenance request in a timely manner.

Skilled in HVAC, electrical repair, carpentry and plumbing.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Vehicle & Driver’s License required.

Salary commensurate with experience
