Job Description

Paysign is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Administrator with 3-4 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and customizing the Salesforce CRM platform to meet our company’s needs. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in optimizing our Salesforce systems, ensuring efficient operation, and leveraging the platform to its full potential to support our business objectives.

Essential Functions

• Administer and maintain our Salesforce CRM environment, including user accounts, roles, profiles, workflows, process builder, and other configurations.
• Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards according to business requirements.
• Develop and implement Salesforce policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity and security.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Provide training and support to Salesforce users across the organization and ensure they are leveraging the platform efficiently.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, and implement new features and functionalities as needed.
• Manage Salesforce integrations with other business systems and applications.
• Analyze and improve existing Salesforce configurations and processes.
• Monitor data quality, data migrations, and data integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills/Abilities

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration and administration, including a deep understanding of Salesforce security model, workflow rules, and custom objects.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning platform and capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Apex and Visualforce is a plus.
