Dishwasher/Prep Cook

We're looking for highly motivated and professional Line cooks/steward to prepare delicious Fillipino and American Brunch cuisine. The ideal candidate for this position will be detail oriented, meticulous about every aspect of food prep, cooking methods, baking methods, SNHD guidelines and expectations, and experienced in short order cooking.

Responsibilities: * Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen consisting of washing dishes/cleaning and mopping. Demonstrate knowledge of food preparation methods. * Prepare meals and side dishes according to customers' needs and preferences and ownership standards. * Prepare food in a timely manner. * Be able to explain dishes to wait staff and customers. * Understand food allergies and religious food preparation specifications

*Must be available to work Mornings and weekends

*Have Food Handlers Card

*Speak & Read English

*Be willing to help in al areas of kitchen responsibilities

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
