Assistant Manager Respiratory Therapy - Full-time / Part-time

A leading acute-care hospital located in central Vermont is now searching for an experienced Assistant Manager Respiratory Therapy to join their accredited healthcare team.

Reporting to the Respiratory Care Manager, the Assistant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy department. The Assistant Manager Respiratory Therapy is responsible for teaching quality control and maintenance, training new and existing staff, organizing department inventory, enhancing quality of patient care and safety, managing staff schedules, providing staff evaluations, and providing direct patient care as needed.  

What Makes You Awesome:

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
• Current Vermont state license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist
• Progressive working experience in a hospital setting
