The Online Banking and Deposit Operations Technician is responsible for creating reports and processes for monitoring all business functions related to Deposit and Treasury Management Operations and assisting with operations processes.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Support the Commercial Support Manager with
    o new user set up and general user management.
    o user set up, user management, training and periodic reviews for multiple products and platforms (ACH, Merchant Capture RDC, Wire Originators, Business BillPay, Positive Pay)
  • Create and update procedures, TM welcome packets, TM forms to improve efficiencies and reduce risk.
  • Develop and maintain reports to monitor and review TM Clients and services.
  • Provide primary tier two support for personal internet banking.
  • Provide back-up support for reviewing and authorizing wires.
  • Provide back-up support for daily ACH processes.
  • Provide back-up support for Processing corrections.
  • Assist with loading and processing positive pay files and exceptions.
  • Act as back-up support for personal bill pay limit increases and trouble shooting.
  • Act as back-up support for RDC Deposit Review, reviewing threshold and exception items.
  • Assist with new card review, limit increases, card exceptions, and card denials. Assist with reconciling Deposit Operations related GL accounts.
  • Provide back-up support for balancing branch capture files and reviewing reports for duplicate check clearing.
  • Provide back-up support for reviewing stop payment related activities.
  • Provide back-up support for collection of foreign collection items, coupon bonds, and savings bonds.
  • Provide back-up support for the verification of large dollar items.


Specific Requirements:


  • Strong communication skills and ability to compose professional correspondence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Must be well organized and articulate with attention to detail.
  • Possess effective listening skills, multi-tasking skills, and able to perform well under pressure.
  • Minimum 2 years banking experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
