Hours: 7am-4pm or 2pm-10pm

We're currently seeking a skilled and hands-on CNC Machinist to lead our team in precision machining. Position Overview: As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in leading our team to deliver high-quality precision machining using our state of the art CNC machines. This is a hands-on position that requires strong  CNC experience and leadership skills. Responsibilities:

• ensure precision and efficiency in  CNC operations.
• Set up, edit and operate CNC machines, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure optimal machine performance.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet and exceed quality and production targets.
• Maintain our shops quality standards to enhance customers experience  
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement process improvements and optimize production workflows.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating and or set up of  CNC machines.-Mills or Lathes 
• Previous experience in a machining environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
