COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS - General Surgery 

• $475,000 Guaranteed Salary + wRVU
• Sign On: Up to $50K
• Relocation: Costs covered 
• Full comprehensive benefits – covers family also – starts after 30 days
• Retirement Program: 401K
• PTO/Holidays: <2 yrs: 4 weeks, 2-5 yrs: 5 weeks, 6+ yrs: 6 weeks 
• + 7 Holidays
• CME: 5 Days + Annual Allowance

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS - General Surgery 

• 154 Bed Hospital w/ 5 OR rooms for GS specifically 
• Full hospital staff onsite + Dedicated midlevel support 
• 4 FT Anes, with 8-10 CRNAs at the hospital on any given day.
• Have both DaVinci X and Xi robotics available
• On average 100-120 surgeries/week between all the general surgeons 
• 1:5 call -- split with other GS
• 10-14 patients per day in clinic/ 2-6 surgeries per day
  • Flexible on schedule 
• Monday – Thursday= 8AM-5PM & Friday half day 
• No weekends, except for being on call. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS - General Surgery 

• Must Be Board Certified or Become Board Certified if a Resident or Fellow
