PRODUCTION CONTROL CONSULTANTS
Our client is adding Production Control resources to its Mainframe environment in support of IBM IZWS products as they move into Steady State.
We seek highly skilled and solidly experienced individuals to monitor the overall health of the Production Batch Cycles as well as the overall Mainframe environment.
To be considered for this project, all consultants must have a strong background with IBM Z Workload Scheduler (IBM “IZWS”) to include Workload Automation Programming Language (“WAPL”) commands. This background is required.
The selected individuals will process advance adhoc scheduling requests and monitor cycles while intervening when necessary. 
These individuals will provide console monitoring and support, will support IPLs and will provide incident management within Snow.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Support all work that is required (Oneshots, Adhoc Requests, Queue Maintenance, Console support, IPLs, etc.).
Mainframe Batch monitoring
Creating/Supporting Incident Tickets via Service Now
Paging out the teams through xMatters for additional technical/dev support needed
Support adhoc schedule changes
