Introba is seeking a passionate Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our Baggage Handling Design team in Dallas, TX.Responsibilities & Qualifications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The intern will assist with all aspects of design and will work with the Baggage Handling Design team. This work can include hands-on engineering work such as calculations and simulation, drafting, 3D modeling, on-site observation of construction and business aspects such as preparing for presentations and maintaining project files. An intern may also be exposed to other related design disciplines, such as plumbing and electrical systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be currently enrolled and pursing Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering Degree or related program from an Accredited University Program
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Desire and ability to take direction from multiple engineers and facilitate work flow
General understanding of engineering/construction documentation is preferred
Ability to interpret and analyze
Strong spatial perception and visualizations skills
Intermediate to advanced technology skills necessary, including familiarity with MS Office products
Exposure to Computer-aided Design software platforms (AutoCAD, Revit) beneficial
