The Director of Leadership Development will play a key role in shaping and implementing Link's leadership development strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership development programs. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leaders to identify leadership needs, develop comprehensive programs, and measure the impact of initiatives.

RESPOMSIBILITIES:

  • Own the overall approach, build and delivery of leadership experiences for Link Leaders at all levels by creating impactful development solutions for our most critical talent. Most notably, this will include setting the strategy, roadmap and initiative prioritization to grow high potential and diverse leaders.

  • Leverage innovative learning technologies and look beyond the conventional to create impactful changes in the leadership development space.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, senior leaders and other stakeholders to ensure leadership development initiatives are integrated into talent management processes.

  • Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify leadership development gaps within the organization.

  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of leadership development curriculum and programs and make data- driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Analyze feedback and performance data to tailor programs that address specific leadership challenges.

  • Develop partnerships with outside vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in learning and development

  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful leadership development programs.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
