Our Production Operators are key to our growth and are responsible for the mixing and blending of liquid and powder chemical raw materials into a finished product. No previous experience is necessary!! Training will be provided!!!

If team members are performing at a satisfactory level, they receive a 5% increase at the end of the 90-day probationary period.

2nd and 3rd shift team members receive a 1.75/hour shift premium.

Operators will be expected to:

  • Adhere to all safety and quality policies
  • Follow safety standards, work standards, processes, procedures and batch/manufacturing card directions
  • Work with various types and sizes of mixing and blending equipment, machines, tow motors and lift assist equipment to load, unload, mix and blend production batches
  • Clean equipment
  • Package the finished product
  • Understand and follow processes and procedures; be diligent weighing and adding raw materials according to instructions; and accurately & thoroughly complete paperwork recording key information
  • Be committed to continuous improvement by suggesting updates to processes and procedures for the department
  • Mandatory Qualifications

    • High School Diploma/GED
    • Must be committed to working safely and producing high quality products
    • Committed to teamwork by being approachable, respectful and willing to help others
    • Ability to understand and perform processes across various production department(s)
    • Willing and able to work 2nd or 3rd shift
    • Ability to drive a forklift
    • Ability to wear a respirator, climb stairs, and carry materials up to 50 pounds
    • Capable of reading and understanding written instructions and/or procedures and able to comprehend any regulations pertaining to our industry
    • Schedule TBD: Must be willing and able to work any shift (1st, 2nd, 3rd)

      Non-Mandatory Qualifications:
    • Forklift/Tow Motor experience
    • 1-3 years production and/or warehouse experience
    • Previous experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment
    • SAP experience beneficial
    • Ability to perform light maintenance on manufacturing equipment
    • Basic knowledge of chemistry such that chemical reactions taking place in the production of products is understood
