About this job

The Maintenance Programme Administrator is responsible for:

  • Maintain a structure on the Ramco computerized business system to record all Maintenance Program full 'B' amendments and 'Temporary Amendments'. This must be retained for future presentation to any relevant authority;

  • Record all DCR submissions & Maintenance Program Change Requests for presentation at the MPAM and logically for future implementation into the respective fleet's next amendment;

  • Maintain the DCR Service Desk facility for the current status of all DCRs;

  • Convene the monthly MPAM at a time suitable to the department's workload and attendance. Generate the agenda and produce the minutes to the meeting with the assistance of the Maintenance Programmer - IFS;

  • Amend Maintenance Programs in a timely manner, in accordance with Airworthiness Management 's strategy, and at a frequency of not less than twice a year. Ensure that the Ramco computerized business system's Maintenance Program amendment and the electronic copy of the Maintenance Program are synchronized;

  • Liaise with Fleet Engineering Specialists on any technical aspects as to how the Maintenance Program is to be structured. Liaise with the Maintenance Program Administration Manager about start values and a timely release of the Maintenance Program. Liaise with Technical Records regarding any changes to Maintenance Plans, Notifications and/or values that will occur in Ramco within the amendment;

  • Advise the Fleet Engineering Specialist when respective Maintenance Programs are due for a full review. Carry out Annual Review of AMPs against the OEM Data. Distribute any discrepancies to the relevant Fleet Engineering Specialist and rectify any issues that are deemed legitimate;

  • Review the Annual Review of the AMP vs OEM Content after all issues rectified and receive signed Maintenance Program Annual Review Form from Fleet Engineering Specialist for implementation into AMP;

  • Collate, carry out, and archive the Maintenance Program Change Requests for each relevant Maintenance Program Amendment;

  • Liaise with Document Control on all aspects of Maintenance Program distribution and prioritization;

  • Amend relevant AMPS based on OEM Publication releases in a timely manner;

  • Assist Technical Records in carrying out the AMP changes. Ensure that the changes are vetted and confirmed as correct by the Technical Records Department;

  • Available as a resource for the Maintenance Program Administration Manager.

Person Specification:

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience

  • Previous maintenance program, reliability monitoring, technical records or technical administration experience desirable

  • Experienced in ERP system administration

Skills

  • Must be Self-Motivated/Self Starter

  • Must have a solid understanding of aviation regulatory requirements and maintenance program requirements;

  • Must be proficient in all of the following - Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;

  • Strong Communication Skills with the ability to articulate, summarize, and present information clearly, both orally and written, to audiences with different backgrounds and at different levels of the organization and external stakeholders;

  • Ability to weigh alternatives, considering both short- and long-term effects, and then being resolute in the decisions they make;

  • Must understand the need for and act with integrity in their liaisons with all stakeholders;

  • Must have good interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a small team;

  • Must be approachable to both internal and external staff members;
