As the Hospital Pharmacy Director, you will report directly to the VP of Operations and play a pivotal role in directing, establishing, and planning the overall policies and goals for our pharmacy services. Your responsibilities will include maintaining effective communication with department heads, medical staff, and nursing staff to enhance drug therapy, resolve issues, and improve processes. Bring your creativity and leadership skills to the forefront, as you lead and direct the work of others, contributing to the overall success of this healthcare mission.

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with:

  •  Bachelor's degree and/or advanced degree in pharmacy.
  •  At least 7 years of experience in the field.
  •  Prior acute care hospital experience in a similar sized facility
  •  Strong communication and leadership skills.
