Job Description
We are seeking an Electrical Estimator/Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of commercial/industrial electrical installations in the North Alabama area.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement commercial/industrial electrical construction projects
- Plan and lead the work of technical staff
- Evaluate project strategies and procedures
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
- Utilize online construction project management tools
- Prepare electrical trade takeoffs and estimates
- Organize, select, and prepare materials for use.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial/industrial electrical field
- Strong knowledge and familiarity of electrical materials, their use, and installation
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
