Hyur Health is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Hastings, Nebraska.
Job Description & Requirements
- Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit
- Discipline: RN
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
* 50 mile radius for all travelers *
Must have peds experience!!
Combo Unit: Adult and Peds: will take Peds RN with some Adult exp
- # Beds: 27- 2 rooms can be double but generally kept private.
- Nurse : Patient Ratios: 1:3-5
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
- Common diagnoses/Types of patients: CHF, respiratory failure,
Afib, DKA, GI Bleeds, dementia, AKI, suicidal, PEs, pneumonia,
influenza, COVID.
- Experience: Chest tubes, identify arrhythmias, cardioversions,
TEEs, post heart cath patients, defibrillator, pain management,
PPE. Do have occasional Peds on the floor- they do have Peds
RNs that will care for them
Hyur Health Job ID #12352. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
