Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies to rationalize the supply base and leverage organization’s spend.
• Supplier Management – manage contract, service, and business reviews
• Coordinates and supports all sourcing related activities including review, negotiation, and acquisition of the targeted spend categories.
• Develop sourcing strategies based on analysis of spend data, supply market dynamics, category intelligence, and most importantly business requirements.
• Manages risk mitigation (cost, price and/or supply).
• Ensure improvement to cost, quality and service.
• Share best practices across the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of work experience in indirect sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.  
• Understands indirect category buying & management process to identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent time management, prioritization and project management skills.
• Prefer strong written and oral communication skills are a must. Ability to present to senior management.
• Become an influencer, collaborate with other procurement delegates and work across various Business Units.
• Analytical Skills – gather data to identify issues and recommend effective solutions per business requirements.
