Field operations housekeeping Technician and office support

Remote work outside our service area is not available for this position. It does require travel between jobsites and office daily.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough examinations of homes for cleanliness and damage.
• Conduct and submit home inspection evaluation forms in a timely manner.
• Implement and improve quality control operating procedures, staging, and stocking of homes.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems, defects, maintenance, security, safety, and cleanliness issues. Communicate issues to help resolve right away.
• Participate in routine visual inspections.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and guest environment.
• Schedule housekeeping team for cleaning and laundry duties
• Communicate with clients as needed to gain approval for purchases and maintenance needs.
• Purchase and deliver products that need stocking.
• Assist with cleaning homes as needed -assist with light bulb and battery changes.
• Help with trash pickup, disposal and hand shoveling- snow removal.
• Other duties as needed and assigned.
• On Call and weekend availability required

​​Qualifications:

• Previous work experience in quality control hospitality or other related fields
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Some heavy lifting, 50 + lbs. may be required.
• Comfortable using ladders.
• Safe driving record
• Have reliable transportation that can be used for the work area throughout the County.
