Our office in Baton Rouge, Louisana is looking for a Transit & Airport Marketing Intern! The purpose of the Transit & Airport Internship is to assist with various multimedia work tasks and projects associated with the sales support staff of the Transit + Airport Divisions or as assigned.

  • Highly organized with a systematic approach to detail oriented work.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with social networking platforms.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Must be in current pursuit of an Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a related field of study.
  • Concentration in Visual Arts, Advertising, or Marketing

A day in the life:

  • Assist with data entry associated with photography and video metadata.
  • Assist with the organization and accessibility of multimedia materials.
  • Offers support in creating Photography requests and briefs for marketing needs.
  • Aids with the editing of Transit and Airport related multimedia materials.
  • Assist with fulfillment requests concerning multimedia content.
  • Participate in special projects as needed, assigned by Leadership.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • The primary work environment is an office.
  • Time spent outside the office will mainly include observing other Sales Staff on sales calls.
  • The specific physical demands/requirements of the job include: lifting less than 25% of the time, reading, color distinction, acuity, sitting greater than 50% of the time, and talking.
