Responsibilities: As a Partner Systems - Application Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and inspire a software engineering team in the development and implementation of applications on the Azure cloud platform.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging continuous improvement and learning.

Azure Cloud Platform Development:

  • Oversee the design and development of applications using the Azure cloud platform.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and scalability in application architecture.

Customer Integration:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand integration mechanisms, requirements, and business needs.
  • Work closely with the internal team to develop and implement solutions that meet customer integration needs.

Onboarding New Customers:

  • Lead a team responsible for onboarding new customers to the platform.
  • Develop efficient onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development of the overall technology strategy, aligning it with business goals and objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for the adoption of new technologies and tools.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Experience:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing applications on the Azure cloud platform.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong technical proficiency in software engineering, Azure cloud services, and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with modern development practices, DevOps, and agile methodologies.

Customer Focus:

  • Experience working directly with customers, understanding integration needs, and delivering solutions that meet customer expectations.

Team Collaboration:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Strategic Thinking:

  • A strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to the development of technology strategies aligned with business objectives.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
