Bella Mental Health has been in operation since 2020, providing therapy and psychiatric medication management in Melbourne, Florida. The continued need for mental health services is prevalent in our county and we continue to grow as a company. We are now expanding our hours to provide weekend services to patients.

Job Description:

We are looking for 1 LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT to join our Melbourne location. We are currently opened from 8:30am-8:00pm. We are hoping to expand hours on Saturdays in the future. At BMH, you have the opportunity to grow with a continued flourishing and expanding practice. You have the flexibility to work in a comfortable and furnished office space and access to our full-time receptionist, biller and office manager. We desire our clinicians to be committed to serving the community and not just view coming to work as a “job.” We desire those seasoned with passion to help each and every one of our clients.

The company pays for all google ads, credit card fees, rent, utilities, EHR system, billing, training, telehealth system, and office supplies. In addition, we assist in getting credentialed under our practice license which can take up to 3 months.

Requirements:

-1099 first 90 days with employment offer if it is a right fit.

-must be licensed in Florida or within 6 months of licensure.

-willing to see at least 15 patients in person or combination of telehealth and in-person.

-flexible schedule

-opportunity for benefits after 90 days including IRA, health insurance and PTO if full time.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour if un-licensed. 50/50 split for licensed clinicians. Competitive Pay!
