Business Operations Analyst - Luxury Residential Interior Design

OHARA DAVIES-GAETANO INTERIORS seeks a Business Operations Analyst with at least 4+ years experience, preferably in the interior design or architecture industry. The position requires at least 3 days working in the LA office..

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support President, Head of Design, and Controller:
• Reporting and communication of metrics for business operations (Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly)
• Manage monthly data collection (Billable & Non Billable Time, Sales, Expenses)
• Monitor project profitability (margins, cost recoveries, etc.)
• Assemble monthly financial accounting packages…(client balances)
• Liaison between Management and Revenue Generating Team (Design Team)
• Maintain master project work schedules
• Analyze and implement operational processes for more efficiency

Other responsibilities include:

• General office tasks when and where required.
