We are seeking full-time Roofing Service Technicians that ideally have knowledge in the roofing industry including sloped and flat roof applications. Roofing experience is not required but is recommended. We will train the right talented and motivated individuals. Roofing Technicians have the opportunity to excel in their career with a fast-growing local company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform repairs for most types of roof systems including EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built-up, Modified Bitumen, Standing Seam and Asphalt Shingle.

- Perform limited maintenance and repairs to exterior walls, sheet metal flashing and window systems.

- Perform general cleaning of roof systems including removal of debris, inspecting/cleaning and repairing drainage systems.

- Investigate reported leaks and determine the source of leaks.

- Perform punch list inspections of completed work.

- Complete all reporting documents via smartphone and/or PC.

Requirements:

- Possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

- Work effectively with a smartphone and/or PC.

- Use of basic hand and power tools.

- Performing essential roofing activities: heavy lifting (50 lbs), twisting, bending, use of both hands and arms, kneeling, squatting, standing for long periods of time and climbing ladders.

- Working in the elements (hot and cold weather).
