PM Shift: General Assembly

Job description

D&N Bending is a family-owned company that has been part of the Romeo area since 1962. We are an Automotive supplier and are seeking Full-time Laborers who are looking to grow with our company.

Responsibilities can include but are not limited to:

• Working with a team to assemble entire products or components
• Rotating through tasks for specific production and processes
• Cross-training to work in multiple areas of the shop
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
• Gluing rubber extrusions into correct hand of part
• Gaging parts
• Applying assigned inspection labels
• Packing parts into proper dunnage
• Prepare parts for packaging and shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Using a variety of tools and machinery including forklifts, power drills, grinders, and saws
• Employees will be expected to work in all areas of assembly, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
• Computer skills, preferred
• Ability to work in a team or independently
• Ability to work quickly and methodically
• Energetic and hardworking
• Ability to handle physical work load (standing for long periods of time, repetitive tasks, lifting 25+ lbs)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (not testing for marijuana)
• Ability to follow instructions
• Attention to detail
• Punctuality
• Dependability

2nd Shift Hours:

Assembly- 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
