As an RN Practice Manager Women's Health, you will play a pivotal role in managing practice operations, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Here's a glimpse of what your role will involve:

• Practice Operations Management: Be the primary contact for practice operations, resolving administrative and financial issues while ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Team Development: Hire, develop, and coach staff, instilling administrative policies and procedures to create a positive and efficient work environment.
• Oversight and Improvement: Provide management oversight, implement improvement initiatives, and enhance clinical operations to elevate patient satisfaction and quality of care.
• Financial Management: Take charge of operating efficiencies and cost management, contributing to budget development and monitoring expenditures.
• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with directors, physicians, and system executives to align practice goals with the organization's mission and strategic plans.
• Positive Environment: Foster a collaborative, team-based practice, ensuring a positive environment for staff, providers, and patients.
• Scheduling and Utilization: Develop and manage schedules, optimizing the utilization of resources to enhance operational efficiency.

We are seeking candidates with a blend of clinical expertise and leadership experience. If you meet the following requirements, we want to hear from you:

• Business or clinical degree with previous experience managing a large medical practice.
• 3-5 years of management experience in an ambulatory or medical practice.
• Registered Nurse (required) with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and revenue cycle activities.
